Data controller: PHISSAL, Unipessoal Lda. The site is hosted by Lovable, which processes technical data of each visit (IP address, browser, page) to serve the site, protect it and log errors.

If you write to us through the form, the message goes through Web3Forms to our email. We use your name, email and message to reply and to prepare a proposal (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep the message for up to 3 years or, if a contract follows, for 10 years, the legal retention period for business records. Web3Forms (Web3Creative, India) keeps messages for up to 3 years and may process them outside the EU, under the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. You can request access, rectification or erasure at ola@phissal.com and lodge a complaint with the CNPD, the Portuguese data protection authority (cnpd.pt).
